I am praying, I will pass the test

My radiograph test is on July 1st. I wish I have more time, but I don't. I don't know anything, yet! Last night I was up until 11pm, this is just from one book, then I have to study another book and take the prep test. I am very frustrated, I have to see it for me to really understand it. The thing is, you can't find a job with out radiography certificate. God help me!!!! I know, at least I will have free of stress Summer after it is over.

My mind use to be sharp, when I was younger. I encourage to young ones, please use your youth time to educate yourself as much as you can. As you get older, you have so much responsibility and concerns. I know, I can do it, but it is so much easier when you are young.  Wish me luck! I will let you know what happens next week. Wishing you peace and love.

An evening just for me and my daughter

Well, I drop my boys at friends house at 4pm for sleepover. Emily wanted to foster a dog, so we went to the animal shelter, they told us to return tomorrow at noon.

Emily decided to spend time with her friend and I went to Barnes & noble disappointed, because I thought I was going to spend the evening with Emily. I got me a coffee and sweet and studied may be 7 chapter for 2 hours. This wouldn't happened if Emily was with me. Well, 2 hours later, I found out she have an argument with her friend and her friend left. So, I had to pray. Should I let her see what she missed or should I use this time to discuss over dinner.

I decided, to pick her up and take her to Cosi's for dinner. She continue to apologize, and I said to her God knew what you did was wrong, I forgive you so is God. We don't don't always get 6 hours free time just you and me, whenever we have that time, we have to use it. The rain cooled the weather, and we sat out door and ate, talked and laughed. After dinner, it got darker, we went in to Barnes & Noble's again for more reading.

We had a great evening! God is so good! I think it meant special, because we talked a lot. We talked what the bible said, "Seek the kingdom of God first and all things will be added to our lives". It is great, we have friends and things we like to do, at the same time the order should be God first, parent(siblings) family, then friends and hobbies. What a perfect night! I love you Em! Thank you for listening!

I am so sleepy!

This is how I felt, I had my pajamas on early. I am so tired!!!! I start working out, tried to get back in shape. After spending more than an hour at the gym, I decide to explore the King of Prussia mall. We spend almost four hours there from 10AM to 2PM, from shopping, eating and just looking.

I am proud of my kids today, they did great, they usually hate the mall. After that, I came home, my kids friends came over and I had to prepare dinner. Then I had to study for my radiography test, loads of laundry to fold and put away, and cleaning the dishes. If I win a lottery, the first thing I will like to have will be a Chef and someone to clean up those dishes and put them away. Don't you? I just can't seem to keep the house clean.

I love Summer and watch my kids just lay back and visit places and friends. We have great kids in neighborhood, they are almost here daily and my kids in their homes, they had a great time. Time to sleep, good night and many blessings!

First week Summer

It has been great weather lately, it is between 70 to 88 degrees. We are enjoying a quality time, this morning we went to see $1 summer movie "Mega mind" and went swimming with friends.

Kids had fun evening, playing man hunt and water gun's. I felt this year just flew away so fast. I just love Summer, it gives the kids a chance to be just a kid without all the routine. Education is very important to me, I also like to have time with my kids.

Family is precious! There is no higher calling than being a mom and dad. Invest your time with your kids, not buying them gadget, games and leave them in front of television.

What goes around, it comes around. It is a principle of return. If you didn't invest time with any business and put the effort, you can't succeed. It is the same way with relationships as well.

Read Psamls 127, you will be blessed. God bless you!

Stuffed bell peppers recipe

6 medium-sized bell peppers, any color you prefer
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 pound ground turkey
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 14 ounce can stewed tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup golden raisins

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, 5 minutes. While the onions are cooking, wash the bell peppers and slice off a bit of the bottom so they sit flat, taking care not to cut into the interior. Cut off the tops about one half inch down from the stem and carefully remove the seeds and white membrane. Set aside. Add the turkey to the pan and break apart with a spatula. When fully cooked through, add cooked rice, cumin, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine. Add the canned tomatoes and the raisins and stir well. Remove from heat. Place the peppers in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and stuff with the meat mixture, mounding slightly. Drizzle tops and sides of each pepper with olive oil. Return the peppers' tops and cover tightly with foil.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until peppers are tender.
This recipe is a very rewarding.  For me, it is a comfort food. Color and texture is amazing!

Jason and Jacob non stop laughter

How precious memories! I am telling you, those kids giggle every moment. Very happy kids. They make my life simple and fun! I love them!

I pray God protect our kids

Today is 06/17/2011:  We were having dinner, while they finishing up eating their desert, I needed to discuss the very thing I fought for years for my kids sake. I had to tell my kids, I have finally made up my mind to file a divorce. I had to pray for three month, I haven't been in the church for that long, I been using sunday morning to pray and be quite in the presence of God. Because I needed to know, I know now, the holy spirit have giving his Peace that passes all understanding.

I waited for school year to end, because I don't want their grade to drop. I was in Peace as I open up my mouth to speak to them, my daughter start crying. I was strong, and I kept answering her answers with love. My two boys were like God put two little men for support. Jason and Jacob answered most of Emily questions. I just knew their word was led by the holy spirit. Let me tell you something, there is nothing like breaking a horrible news to your children and at the same time there was a Peace. I had no guilt, no regret and it showed my kids I have done everything possible to make my marriage work.

I just don't have energy to love someone when that person is signed off already. He is not here emotionally and spiritually, even when he is here physically. I don't encourage divorce, pray and fight for your marriage, please don't give up soon.

My kids know that, and I assured my kids no matter what happened we both love them so much! I told them no matter what happened, I will make sure that they will be loved and taken care of very well. When I looked at them, it was quite and Peace, and they knew they will be just fine, they always will!

God has been always on our side, the guidance of the holy spirit has been a humbling journey. I am so grateful about my life, it is filled with love and joy. One thing hard here in America is not having my siblings and my mother. Beside that, I am exactly where I should be. Pray for us and we will pray for you.

Friends in our lives

Last night I had a plan, Tim was watching the kids and he had to cancel. I had mentioned that to my friend/sister in Christ Renee, she offered to watch my kids again. Last week she took my kids to give me a brake, this time she felt necessary. I know She have a lot in mind, yet she continue to help.

When I think about the blood of Jesus, when you walk right with God, there is unity! The word of God said, love one another, mourn and laugh with one another. God has placed people in my life through my journey. Trust me, from the moment I became serious to serve Christ,Satan was after me.

Well we have an advocate, the lord Jesus Christ has been on my side all the way. Most of us think God will rescue us, well not always. Sometimes it is ncecessary to go through the fire, just like Gold, don't get discourage you weren't rescued. God is with you always.

Don't focus for bigger miracles and miss little one infront of you, which is what my friend did. I didn't call, not stresses or cancelled my not so important plan. Don't forget to send little note to your friend or family member.

Shabbath Shalom!

Today is 07/23/11. It is Sabbath mornig, I woke up well rested at 6:30 AM. I usually have hard time reading bible before I get coffee. I didn't want wake up the girls, they slept downstairs. I will love to take it easy today, but I have to pack for our trip. Saturday's are busy with kids sport games and parties. I guess, I will have to find some quite time in the morning to sit before God, and hear what he is saying.  God has been speaking to my heart about resting on Sabbath, I am telling you it has been a blessing. Friday night, we try to sit eat and listen or read a message. I want my kids to understand how important it is to set time and enhoy the day that God made for us without being overwelmed.  Sabbath Shalom!

05/17/2011, Sabbath Shalom to all. I know we have a great start of Summer. Yesterday, we had a pool party. Then, the kids have friends for sleepover. After we had lunch today, we went to the pool again. When we got back, kids took a shower and I start cleaning the house. Baked a bread. I had time for shower before dinner.  For dinner, we had baked chicken, roasted veggie, rice with black beans and of course salad and desert.  At 6:30pm, we had dinner and read some Palms 100, enter the gate with thanksgiving......and we read from a new testament Mark.

We put a sign at the door that said it is our down time, and we had quite time with God and each other. As Christians, we seem to manipulate 1 commandment, because it doesn't fit without schedule. And ignore our lord's Sabbath. I want to blog specially for my kids, how important it is. Jesus said, "I have come to fulfill the law." Trust me, I am trying my best to slow it down with all the sport and driving around. May you continue be led by the holy spirit.

Guiding children to a faith that lasts.

James tells us that faith without work is dead. God wants us to give love and serve others.  I seem to catch my self preaching too much at times, saying people must see our fruit. We can't say we are Christians and still acting worse than the world.

As a parent, we do all we can to raise them and trust the holy spirit to finish the work in our children. When you read this, remember God loves you and you are very special to him. See yourself in God's eye.

My kids always smile and I asked them to give me different look. I love their smile. Smile a lot, life is too short to be serious!

Here are my sons. They kept laughing to take a picture. I asked them to give me one without goofing around. It didn't workout at all. They look very serious! Very funny, you can't stop them from giggling. I love them!.

Life should be just simple. Be thankful for what is infront of you!
